Yes! We are a pet-friendly community designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas that are perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

Treetop Lodge offers spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhomes designed for comfort and convenience. Each home features modern finishes, spacious layouts, and in-home amenities that help make everyday living easier.

Self-scheduling an appointment is available through the community website or by clicking here. However, we have limited homes available for in-person tours, so please await confirmation from our team to ensure a home will be available during your visit.

Applications may be completed online by selecting your preferred home at the community website or by clicking here.  A paper application is also available in the leasing office.

A photo ID verification is required to begin the application process. You will also need to provide pay stubs and/or confirm your bank account through a secure portal for proof of income.

Yes. Our community requires renter’s insurance with a $300,000 liability limit. Our preferred providers are eRenter and AssetProtect.

Yes. Move-in and application fees are required. Please contact our leasing office for additional details regarding current fees.

Yes. Our virtual assistance services can answer many questions, and we also have a dedicated on-site team available to help ensure your move-in process goes smoothly.

Yes. Our shortest initial lease term available is three months, with a month-to-month option available upon completion of all initial lease agreements.

No. Utilities are billed separately from the monthly rent.

Rent payments can be made online using the BILT payment system. There is also a cash payment option available through MoneyGram using your BILT account number.

Our community does not charge a refundable security deposit. Any credits eligible for refund are typically paid within 30 days.

Yes. Our community follows the quiet hours established by the City of Overland Park from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Noise complaints should be reported to the management team during business hours or to the Overland Park Police Department after business hours.

Smoking is not allowed indoors anywhere in the community. Smoking is permitted outside of your home.

Kansas City International Airport (MCI/KCI) is the closest major airport to the community and offers a wide variety of domestic and international flight options.

Our standard lease agreement requires a 60-day notice to vacate.

Once your notice to vacate has been submitted, our on-site team will provide the next steps and information needed to complete your move-out process.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or website, by email or phone with our on-site team, or by contacting our virtual assistant through phone or text.

Emergency maintenance requests are addressed the same day. Non-emergency requests are addressed during business hours in the order they are received.
